Adult Art Club: Robin Painting on Wooden Slices at Mad Hatterz Coffee House
Tuesday 10th November
10.30am–12.30pm
Mad Hatterz Coffee House, Waterlooville
£24 (including a drink and cake)
Join us for a cosy Tuesday morning getting a little bit festive as we paint our own Christmas robin wooden slice decorations.
I'll guide you step by step through painting your robin, building up the colours and adding wintry details before finishing your wooden slice ready to hang on the tree. Each one will inevitably develop its own little personality – robins apparently have very expressive eyebrows once paintbrushes get involved.
This workshop is completely beginner-friendly, so you don't need any previous painting experience. Just come along, grab your included drink and cake and spend a couple of hours making something lovely.
What to expect:
Friendly, step-by-step guidance throughout
All paints, brushes and wooden slices provided
Create your own hand-painted robin Christmas decoration to take home
A drink and cake included in the ticket price
A relaxed morning of painting and getting quietly festive
By the end of the morning, you'll leave with your own hand-painted wooden robin decoration, ready for the Christmas tree – or to give away as a handmade gift if you can actually bear to part with it.
